MASON DIXON STATE REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS

1. You should relay information back to your respective States, as well as each Local Aerie and Auxiliary in your State.  Use your State Conference or State Conventions as means of contact

2. You should keep your respective State up to date on progress of upcoming Conference.  Use you State Aeries and/or Auxiliary's newsletter if space allows. 

3. You should notify each Local Aerie and Auxiliary of dates and location of next Conference.

4. You should advise all Local Aeries and Auxiliaries of who the next upcoming Conference will be supporting.

5. You should encourage each Aerie and Auxiliary of the respective State to have attendees at our upcoming Conference.

6. You should encourage your State Aerie and Auxiliary to submit a donation to the Mason-Dixon Conference of items that could be used to chance off.

7. You should encourage your Local Aerie and Auxiliary to submit a donation to the Mason Dixon Conference of items that could be used to chance off.

8. You should attend scheduled set-up/preparation meetings of the Mason-Dixon Conference.

9. You should encourage the purchase of the Mason-Dixon Conference Annual Lottery Tickets. 

10. If you are unable to attend scheduled meeting, you should contact Mason-Dixon Conference Secretary and Mason-Dixon Conference Chairman prior to scheduled date.
